Beyond our traditional course offerings, Flight-1 also provides the ability for instructors to integrate directly into any training evolution a team may need in a supporting role.

Our MFF Support Course (401M) and Tandem/Bundle Support Course (402M) embed Flight-1 instructors seamlessly into larger training events, giving students access to both ground and air-to-air (A2A) coaching at the earliest stages of their careers. We adapt our existing curriculum to fit within a team's already-established training process — enhancing, not disrupting, so students leave these evolutions at an even higher level of capability.
